  • I don't have a good response but, this is what I did. I recommend not doing this. I told her that she was a very ugly person, that she needed to stop putting other people down to make her self feel better and take a long hard look at herself and figure out why she is miseraable. I quit because I was so disguested with the whole crew for never saying anything to her but, going along with her negative hurtful comments. I had never encountered such a nasty person. I had just moved form a small town up north to a big southern city. I was very suprised. Now I would have honestly done the same thing.
  • You can't do anything except endanger your job. If HR is aware and not reacting to her attitudes, you are alone against her. And she will obviously, not listen to helpful crticism. I was in this position once. Even with several current and former employees and the union behind us, we weren't able to do anything except lose our jobs when she found a way to shaft us. Be careful.
  • Walk upto her manager and explain the case, ask for a different manager, be prepared to quit.
