their should be a 800 number that you have to call.

Ya but the problem is where can I get that #. I mean, I only received sim card & nothing else. There's no guide or anything that will lead me how to activate it. But anyway, thank you very much for your time & God bless us all.

I recently purchased an AT&T '3G-Pay As You Go' SIM off of eBay for around $4 to use in my (locked)3G iPhone (16gb) which I bought off Craigslist for $320 here in NorCal. I went to the following website to activate my SIM: https://www.wireless.att.com/activations/ Note: Because I have an iPhone, I first activated the SIM using the IMEI from my old 'Nokia' and also with the SIM still in the Nokia as well. After AT&T's automated system confirmed the activation, I inserted it into the 3G. Works like a charm! Also, you can have an old number ported over to the 'pay as you go' SIM by calling AT&T's 888.898.7685 number (best if dialed from another phone line). -"Alles ist sehr gut!"
