  • You need to be more specific on the processor and mobo or at least tell us what model HP it is. They've made a ton of different ones. The CPU (central processing unit) and mobo( geek speek for motherboard) may not even allow an OC( over clocking is speeding things up). That 64A( type of processor arcitecture) spec( specification) you mentioned could be for a socket 478 CPU ( a popular pentium 4 processor interface) card or even actually be the processor on the video chip Having DSL( high speed internet) won't increase your CPU performance.   • you need to upgrade the proccesor which will cost around 100-200 dollars for a 2.8
