My favorite (an what I think is the best sex position) is called the "coital alignment technique", or CAT for short. Well, it's effective (pleasurable for both the man and woman), and doesn't require much effort! Least favorite sex position...well, I guess any position where the woman penetrates the man would be my least favorite :P
