My homeowners association is requiring that I give them a copy of the lease that I have with my renters. This is in Washington state. I don't have a signed lease. It does not state in the by-laws that this is a reuqirement. Can I just bl

    Ask them in a letter to please furnish you with the specific regulation they cite to enforce this requirement.
