    Try Ben-Wa balls. They're pretty simple and you can wear them all day without anybody knowing. Be sure to take them out before you pee though! I've flushed one down the toilet before, lol. :o)

    I have heard kegals are the best.another way is to find a bigger partner. Are you sure you need to tighten it, have you checked or are you going by what others say?
