Can the front seal on a 1998 Jeep 4.0L bereplaced by pulling the harmonic pulley or does the engine need to be pulled?

I haven't done that particular vehicle, but I have replaced many front crank seals. It is my experience that as long as you can get the harmonic balancer off of the engine, the seal can be replaced in the vehicle.
