Help answer this question below.

In your opinion, what the best and worst cold cereal? I like anything that a whole grain flake. I think the worst I ever tried was Cinnamon Toast Crunch. It was like eating spoonfuls of sugar.

    The BEST cold cereal is Golden Grahams. I LOVE IT!

    Cinnamon Toast Crunch is good in my opinion. I like Fruity Pebbles though. The worst is Kix...has no taste, at all!

    Cinnamon Toast Crunch is AWESOME. Rice Krispies are the best, though.

    Yeah. I like the CEREAL-type cereals. Grape Nuts, granola, mini-wheats... I have a bit of an infatuation with Banana Nut Crunch.

    I can't STAND the sugary "cereals"... they're nothing more than corn syrup and processed starch.

    In a 2008 comparison of the nutritional value of 27 cereals, U.S. magazine Consumer Reports found that both Honey Smacks and Post Cereals' Golden Crisp were the two brands with the highest sugar content -MORE THAN 50 PERCENT (by weight) -, commenting "There is at least as much sugar in a serving of Kellogg's Honey Smacks [...] as there is in a glazed doughnut from Dunkin’ Donuts". (The cereals are both sweetened puffed wheat.) Consumer Reports recommended parents to choose cereal brands with better nutrition ratings for their children.

    I love Fruity Pebbles!
    and the worst would be Grape nut, It just doesn't have a very pleasant taste to it unless you eat it without milk.

    In my opinion the best wood be quaker granola Crunch...
    The worst would have to be rice krispies. (I am not saying it tastes bad, just that it doesn't taste at all. It has no flavor not to mention no nutrition either)

    my favourite cereal is good old rice krispies.my least favourite would be all bran or bran flakes.they taste like chewing cardboard,except cardboard tastes better.

    The best ever would have to be french toast crunch that were shaped lile little toast. I loved those things but there are no more here in Raleigh NC, and the worst cereal would be rise crispy.

    the best is either quaker cinnamon oatmeal squares or honey bunches of oats w/dried peaches and the worst for me is grape nuts or anything w/marshmallows in it

    Worst: Captain Crunch. Ouch! My gums!

    Best: Cracklin Oat Bran. Yeah it's bran, but it's sooo good straight out of the box! Yummy!

    I am a Special K & Raisin Bran fanatic... but not for breakfast, I only eat cereal as a bed time snack.

    I'm not a fan of all the sugary cereals but the worst cereals I've ever eaten would be cherios (the plain regular one which used to sit in my grandmothers cupboard for years, they always tasted old and squishy) and captain crunch... it's just so sweet it hurts!
