My friend has a 1990 Safari in which the fuel pump comes on when the battery is connected and no key in the ignition. What is going on?

  2k safari hesitation with 115K. jerk sporadically not constantly while driving and when in park. I feel it does it more when it is cold out. replaced coil, spark plugs & plug wires. Around 75k injector cleaned & trany flushed, filter 1-2 years ago.

  I have a 2000 Safari 4.3 with no spark to plugs, have tested coil for power and resistance, checked ign. module for resistance, checked crank sensor for power and resistance and cam sensor for power and pulse output, all checked fine but still no spark?
