Can you still be considered a temporary employee if you have been working for the same home healthcare agency for ten years, working forty hours a week with the same patient?

    If you are working 8 hours a day, based on a 5 day work week, you are not temporary. your employer is sneaking around paying benefits, pensions contributions or health insurance for you, by constantly classifying you as...temporary.

    I believe in was in 1972, the united states government passed The Federal Fair Labor Standards Act. this act covers your situation. i do not know the email address, but it can be located in united states gov.com.

    Laws differ from state to state, but this seems to be beyond any definition of "temporary" I would accept.
