Sometimes when im lying in bed, with my eyes closed i feel really really small and everything around me is so big i feel like a grain of sand on a beach or other times it turned around?? does anyone else feel this and know why?

Well really we are like a fraction of a grain of sand compared to the solar system and smaller then imaganed when compared to space but a grain of sand looking up at us would say we are huge. To a molucle we are a, big, chunk of space, but to yourself you are no size, you have no size, you are infinity.

it could be that you are tuning into the hugeness of the universe, and exactly how big it really is, which in real terms does make us small...........

I think that you feel that way because that’s simply how it is. In comparison to the planet and the universe, you are indeed very small, Just like a grain of sand on a beach. Your common knowledge of the planet and just how small you really are shows in this feeling that you have experienced. You are not alone, as a child I sometimes experienced that un natural feeling too.

You are at peace in a meditative state. For you this small vs large concept is relaxing. So I could understand the whole being one with the universe concept. Enjoy it....
