I have a 91 chevy 4x4 350 engine small block when the truck is started it runs rough like its missing plugs wires fuel filter o2 senors fuel pump rotor caps are all new?

When you changed your wires, did you do them one at a time? Make sure the wires all got routed to the right chambers. Another thing is your spark plug gap. If the plugs are misgapped, the engine might not be firing on all cylinders.
