I would love to write a novel. I don't know the first thing about how to even start, get published, etc, etc, etc. Anyone have any tips?

just google a web site like " getting help writing novel" somehting will come up. I think you generally need to have an idea of where your plot should go, or what is your plot going to be?, an idea of main characters, and what they may be like, but Ive found, the story seems to change as it gets a life of its own !!
