  • The first step would be to see your GP, he/she will be able to point you towards a suitable rehab program. That, or you can go private and look for your own. An internet search will help you find clinics near you. Good luck!
  • You need to sign you self in a rehabilitation center, after you have been there and are clean they will sent you up with a program, like Narcotics anonymous, or something similar to NA, getting clean is hard and you can only do it if you truly want to get clean. I have learn from watching my husband suffer from alcoholism, that no one is a first time winner in treatment and no one is a loser, listed in this http://portaltools.na.org/portaltools/MeetingLoc/ you will find meetings listed by state. Recovery takes time. If you are not ready for rehab just yet, find a meeting check it out, go when you are not using. Just sit and listen to what they say. You might find just one thing that you can walk out of there and use. The first meeting or two are over whelming because they talk about their higher power, and if you are not a religious person the meaning of a higher power is hard to understand, but if you keep in mind a higher power could be anything. Your children your friends family, for my husband it was the group and the power in the group that helped him, he has been sober for over a year headed for two.
  • With a hell of a lot of will power and want. Good luck x
  • Stopping the use of cocaine is extremely difficult. Many times you will have built relationship(s) with person(s) and the main bond between you is cocaine. You will have to end them, unless you feel you have strong enough discipline. Be careful, cocaine is an extremely powerful drug. You must also truly want to stop or nothing will happen. Armed with desire to stop, ending destructive relationships, and dare I say luck. You will will set yourself free. I wish you the best!

  • Cocaine addiction is very strong and usually requires intense treatment programs depending on the severity of the addiction http://www.myaddiction.com/categories/cocaine_treatment.html
  • There are several ways. Cold turkey;hospitalization but both require a constant follow up with a group like N.A. Try not to do this alone if you have been a long time user.
  • The only way to beat any addiction is cold turkey, and you don't need a support group to do it unless you're a pussy. IMO cocaine addiction has nothing on tobacco addiction.
