How do you get the LG200C tracfone to ring? Also, I cannot hear the caller although the caller can hear me.

    I cannot get my LG200C cell phone to ring it goes diredtly to mailbox. How do I correct this

    You probably have your volume set too low. Go to the menu, then select "settings" then "volume". Set each value to where you want it and use the OK button to save the settings.
