My wife baked two "cooks" hams, mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, peas & carrots, cole slaw, cucumber salad/sour cream, and green beans. Cakes, cup cakes, daughter baked a couple of pies, and ice cream. Hope you have a "VERY HAPPY EASTER"

Yay! I love cooking/food questions! I started prepping and cooking yesterday. We're having: Baked Ham (I got the bone-in type so I can have a hambone for soup and other dishes) Brown Sugar sauce Pineapple/Dijon sauce Potatoes Gratin Dauphinois Roasted Asparagus w/ Hollandaise sauce Deviled Eggs Lime Jello with pineapple (hubby - tradition - has to have it.) Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese icing
