Essiac tea is very good. However, I also hope she is seeing an expert and not just diagnosing herself. I am very big on homeopathy and health food, etc., but cancer needs some intense supervision and the more expert advice, the better.

I know that potatoes help rectal pain, raw potatoes made into a compress in the area, but tumors need to shrink. Fasting with wheatgrass shots are said to do miracles. See Ann Wigmore's findings and a book I Cured Myself of Cancer by a lady who spent time living in a retreat of Ann's. Hope this helps a little.
Your mom is in my prayers.
