    well find an excersize you can commit to and actually works, say for example crunches, give yourself a certain goal of how many you should do a day, say 50.. after doing it for awhile you body gets use to it, then you wouldnt be gaining any thing from it which is when you find a new excersize

    There is no quick/easy solution.
    It requires a lifestyle change- you pretty much just have to eat right, and exercise daily.
    Start with small changes- drink water instead of soda. Run just 20 minutes a day. Take the stairs.

    Martha's Vineyard Detox Diet. There's 3 programmes - a weekend one, a week long one and a 21 day one. You drink juices, eat veggie soups and every day or so you add something (like eggs, bread, chicken etc) - it worked for me!

    Liposuction.That's the quickest and the deadliest too.There's no other quick way.You just have to eat right and have patience.Eating lesser than you require would keep your body longing for essential nutrients.

    Have proper workout sessions and eat right.Make workouts fun filled.have a deck of cards and guess a number.If it goes wrong, do twice the number of sets you are supposed to do.
    Always have a workout buddy who could push you.Solo sessions don't work much.

    Don't discontinue.If you do, you would put on weight at double intensity.

    there is no such thing as effective quick weight loss..the faster you lose it the faster you'll put it back on..

    steady, steady pace does the trick...exercise, change of diet, proper rest, cut out alcholol and avoid too much caffeine and sugar.
