Help answer this question below.

I was asking my mom about seeing the new horror movie, 'Shutter' and she replies, 'What is it with kids and horror movies? Is it the adrenaline or something?' What's your opinion on this?

    May be your mom forgets what it is like to be a teenager or young person. I think adrenaline is a part of it and the rush of danger while the assurance that you are ultimately safe also plays a part.
