No, your sim card provides information like contacts and your number only. any phones have memory cards that are for saving Pictures, Videos and MP3s on. This will be better for you as it is removable and can be used on PC's, card readers, printers etc. The later phones such as Ericson, Nokia have SD or Memory Stick Pro cards.
