Help answer this question below.

If a person files a tax return and dies prior to receiving their refund what should be done with the refund check. My sister filed her federal tax return on 3-12-08 and died 3-15-08, also is her estate entitled to her stimulous refund check.

    When someone dies their entire monetary affairs go into their estate.
