Looks like you may have accidentally set it to an international or localized layout. If you're using Windows, go to the control panel and check the Regional and Language Options settings. There may also be a setting in the driver software that will let you change the keyboard layout.

Is the physical layout of your keyboard the same as the setting in Control Panel? I have used a Spanish layout keyboard (with extra symbols such as ñ marked on the keys) but those keys didn't produce those symbols because I had it set as English in Control Panel.
