well if your legal guardian consents to that you can probly do what ever you want. do i think you should, no. your still a child ready to have a child. that guy must have issues if he can't find someone closer to his age.

You should not even be considering having the child at this age and your boyfriend can be charged with sexual misconduct and Sexual Imposition, both felonies in Ohio. Stay well away from this guy. Your guardian might also find themselves facing other charges for allowing this btw.

In Ohio it's illegal for you at 15 years old to have sex with a 23 year old guy. Your legal guardian can sign for you to marry him, but can not give you permission to have sex with him until you're married. He can spend 10 to 15 years in prison.
