    India. They have the brainpower and the schools. They are turning their attention to their infastructure now ( roads and such), which are very weak.

    My best guess would be India. Their economy is hopping since they got all the jobs outsourced from the good old USA. They also have the second highest population. After that, probably the arab countries (money). Then maybe Isreal(big military).After those, your guess is as good as mine.

    My guess would be the European Union. Money is what drives people to do the things they do and the European Union has the most consolidated group of individuals with the most money and influence (power) than any other country. So even though it's not a single country, what are the chances you think the European Union would break apart and a single country would act on its own?

    Japan - Although its economy has been falling recently, Japan has undeniably the best technology in the world and a good military.

    Or,

    India - Has a stable yet rising economy.
