why when I start dodge caravan 2002 only driver side low beam works and when high turn on only passenger side high beam works. I replaced new bulb still same problem then I changed Rt to Lt and Lt to Rt bulb still same problem, Please help

check for loose wire on dimmer switch it is purple with a white strip. you have to take cover off steering wheel
