Can a "voluntary surrender" appear on your credit even if your car was never financed? I took my car back after 2 weeks of signing the contract. Can the dealer still do something to affect me and my credit?

A voluntary surrender is something that the finance company would report, not the dealer. If you never obtained financing and the deal was nullified, there is nothing that should go on your report. You should check your credit report in a month or two to be sure, and you may contest anything that you don't think belongs there.
