  When you reach a point in solving a puzzle were you have to use a forced chain technique to get the next number. Is there a method or trick to find were to start or are there other options?

  My aunt is really in the sudoku puzzles. She is trying to get me interested, but I don't see anything to be learned from them such as might be from crossword puzzles (building vocabulary). Does any other ABers like sudoku? Why?
