  • I don't know much about reflexology specifically, but I do absolutely believe in holistic medicine. Besides, I'd rather take my chances with a foot rub than with a bottle full of powdered chemicals.

I can work on my toe area and my sinuses will instantly drain. I get a running nose and must blow it all out. I used to use it for PMS, especially cramps.

  • I believe a good foot rub will make you feel good, but there are some ridiculous claims with reflexology. I don't believe that you can affect your ovaries by rubbing a specific part of your foot. Believe it or not, I was told this by someone who swears by reflexology. All I know is it sounds fishy, but I admit I'm not well versed on the subject. I do know that the physical therapy down the street who has a massage therapist with posters on the wall of where each part of the body is represented on the foot. I can't remember who said it off the top of my head, but there's one quote that sums it up for me. "I believe in automotive reflexology. *lightly hits hubcap with hammer* I'm changing my sparkplugs."
  • I am a total believer that it works. I have experienced its healing power in my own life!
