I am 27 engaged. I have life insurance but just enough to burry myself and a little extra. I have Long and Short term disability coverage through my employer. I am lucky becaseu its cheap. If you are active and at risk of injuring yourself playing basketball or whatever then you should have some sort of disability coverage, so you can stay home and get better

We don't have any life insurance..Don't feel we need any.Your employer is required by law to provide disability insurance.

I have insurance through the Veterans Administration. I don't need disability insurance since I draw disability pay, which continues regardless, through the VA, as well as Social Security.
