What would the punishment be for someone drunk driving someone else's car with no license,crashing the car then running from the scene?

My state would give you a license, suspend it, put you in jail for DUI, Operating w/o a License, Leaving the Scene of an Accident, and you could be charged with Criminal Michief for the damage to property other than the car you were driving. If you were using the car with the permission of the person who owned it and they knew you had no license, they could be charged with Permitting an Unlicensed Driver to Operate a Motor Vehicle, if you didn't have permission it could be considered stolen or the lesser charge of Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle.
