Get one of those strollers made for jogging and take your baby out for a run, or a fast walk if you aren't a runner. Join a "mommy and me" type exercise class. Or if you want to do it without having the baby along, have hubby/parents/neighbor/etc. watch the baby for an hour, hook up your ipod, and just go out and walk your neighborhood for a good 30-45 minutes a day.
Sex! Or better yet, sex with me! I'll get that weight off of you.
Abort the baby and don't bother gaining the weight in the 1st place.
