poultry with fruit at breakfast and fish and salad at lunch

Definetely fish such as salmon and tuna.Because these are high in essential fatty acids and provide an efficient amount of protein. Can be eaten at lunch with salad. For breakfast, poultry may be ok but I do not recommend bacon or any pork products and any red meat products because these are high in cholesterol and saturated fats, promote heart diseases by causing damage to blood vessels with various time periods. Once a week in small amounts also served with vegetables might be a solution for red meat and bacon lovers.

More often than not, fish with salad at lunch. Breakfast (when I do eat a full one) is usually sausage/bacon with pancakes/waffles/French toast and hash browns and occasionally toast. I don't like eggs, though I don't mind stuff with eggs as an ingredient.
