2005 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. At 5,000 miles fan/blower switch on dash only worked on setting 2, 3, & 4. At 10,000 miles only worked on setting 3 & 4. Now at 15,000 miles only works on setting 4. What is the best way to fix my slowly dying switch?

The cuase of your problem is not the switch. It is the resistor board. This part is located behind the glove box and is held into the HVAC plastic by two screws. It also has like 4-5 wires going to it (easy to find). The piece can be found at the dealer for about $20. I just fixed mine last night after work biggest problem was getting my big hands into the small space.
