I've thought about it and I have to call it as WKRP. This is my reasoning. I loved them both back in the day but I cannot recall a single episode of Barney Miller that I could tell you about. I can name two episodes of WKRP that are branded into my brain. One is where Johnny Fever had the cop in the studio doing the illustration of how alcohol slowed reflexes and the drunker Johnny got the faster he was. The other is when as a promotion they dropped frozen turkeys out of a helicopter over the city. Both hilarious.
