I care a great deal, actually. I like to look pulled together. I think dressing well and appropriately is a sign of respect for yourself and others.

On a scale of one to ten with ten being meaning I care about my looks more than my health and one meaning I don't care at all, I'd say about a 5. I like to look presentable, but I don't care if I look like hell when I am gardening.
