To answer your question simply.....no Most of the 3rd party and Apple's 1st party accessories do work with the iPod Mini, however there are several which do not. These include the Griffin iTalk Recorder & Belkin Media Reader. But as with everything you buy, read the packaging. If you have a 1st generation iPod, they you're pretty much out of luck when it comes to anything new except cases (and then you have to find one without the button holes), and head phones. Most things say their compatibilites: for iPods with dock connectors, for all iPods, for iPods with dock connectors except iPod mini.
