Help answer this question below.
When I'm bored at work, either I log on to Answerbag, or look for jobs on the Internet.
But if you're extremely bored, then I suggest you find a new job. However, remember that it's not that easy to find a job these days. So if you can still hold on to that job, no matter how boring, then go for it! I'd rather have a boring job, than to have no job at all.
look for a new one while keeping the boring one and then see what all happens from there.
Ask your supervisor for extra projects to challenge you.
You can remember that no matter how boring your job is, there is always a job out there that is more boring and more tedious than the one you have.
Use the boredom time to look for another job.
i might quit the job and find a new one
I would recommend putting in for early retirement if a person has a lot of time put into their job.
Do what I do: ask for more responsibility, or to learn something in another department that relates to what you are already doing.
Go to your boss and see if he/she can find ways to challenge you by ways of a promotion. If this isn't possible perhaps a change in your work place is due.
Get some silly string, wrapping paper, lots of duck tape, and a permanent marker.
Sneak up on one of my assistant mangers(the jerk), and ambush him with Hannah Montana wrapping paper, and make sure to duck tape his arse up good. Then take a permanent marker and doodle on his face, and when done take silly string and fill in his bald spots. Then leave to dry.
But then again, I may too much free-time on my hands.
Try to see the positive or perks of your job. But if you still bored at work, ask for more tasks to make your job more challenging!
Buy the company and fire your boss for not challenging you.
Take a nap!
Do what you love;or love what you do.
quit it and do something you like. you only live once why waste it doing something you don't want to do.
Log on to AB. It makes the day go faster. (If possible)
Get out it is what I am going to do. At least take a sabbatical to rethink my future.
Apply for another one.
