I overdosed on codeine once when I had a bad toothache and couldn't stop throwing up.

i o/d'd on a particularly potent mi of hallucinogenic drugs while in Japan and had a bad trip, ... not fun ...

I ate a bad mushroom once. It was a bad trip, but it wasn't horrible. Just something I'd NEVER do again, completely unpleasant, a feeling I'd never want again.
