Of course not. There is absolutely no good reason to criminalize it and a lot of good reasons not to.

In all honesty I would say anything that makes you hallucinate should be an illegal substance. On the other hand I don't believe marijuana should be illegal.

one can od on salvia. even if it is for only ten minutes. it is totally different than pot.
