V8 is OK, but you should eat fruits and veggies. They contain more than just vitamins - you get fiber and water that you may not be getting elsewhere. Go to a good Farmer's Market and cruise the vegetables. There are probably some you'd like that you don't get at the grocery store. Go to vegetarian websites for recipes. I could fix you lasagna that you couldn't tell had only vegetables. Odds are you haven't dressed them up enough. Unless you get the top of the line vitamins, you need to eat your veggies. Buy the vitamins that are derived from real foods. They are expensive though. If you like V8, buy a juicer. That would be a little better. Have you tried salads? I know people who mix veggies in their salads and drench it with dressing in order to get the full effect of them.
