Black Forest Turkey, Romaine Lettuce, a tiny bit of mustard, a bit of soy margarine, spices & herbs to season it for the weather of the day (seasoning is NOT the same as flavouring), on a 9 grain lightly toasted bread.

Yet another vote here for grilled cheese sandwich.
If you want to get fancy, could be grilled ham and cheese, but don't usually do that.
Better yet? Stick to grilled cheese but experiment with different kinds of breads.
