It should be noted that it doesn't work for everyone- certain types of personality respond to hypnotism better than others, and willpower is essential. Hypnotism of any kind works with the subconcious, so its important that you really WANT whatever change you are trying to instigate- hypnotism whether by yourself or by a proffesional practitioner is a complex psychological process, it isn't magic- and it is impossible to make anyone do something they don't actually want to do.
