  • The person (usually doctor) noting time/date of birth would probably change it by a minute to make it less error prone. But if I could decide, I would want it to be january: in school and sports the year of birth often influences how you are rated. And with a january birthday you'd be as developed as the december kids of the previous year, but still count as a year younger.
  • I'd say i was born on jan 1st, because I take 12:00am as being the next day. :)
  • January. 12:00 is the beginning of the next day.
  • January because I like the month better.
  • If you were born at 11:59:59 PM, you were born in December. 12:00:00 AM would be January.
  • The doctor managing the birth would probably give the parents the choice. If they want the tax deduction, they will go for December. If they prefer the notoriety of having the first child born that year..they may go for January.
  • I was born on exactly 12:00 midnight between 22nd and 23rd of August and my birth cert says my birthday is the 23rd beacuse technically midnight is the next day. So I would definitly go with January :D
  • The doctor can call it what ever time he wants in reality. Example, go look at two different watches, Do they have the same time on them?
