I just vacuumed up a huge spider. Is it possible for that spider to survive in the vacuum bag and crawl out?

    Yes, although there is a lot of food there. I would throw out the bag right away, or vacuum up some poison.

    If it's alive, it probably can. Was it a "Daddy long legs? If so, it won't hurt you.
