  • Yep me too. Some people just burn caffeine quicker than others... so if you're like me, by the time you've gotten to the bottom of the cup, you're in crash mode.
  • Coffee never really kept me awake, unless I drank it too late before bed. (That's the only thing I could think of when I had problems falling asleep.)
  • I too get sleepy after a cup of coffee. I wish I knew why. I need something to help me get moving in the morning. I've heard a glass of water is good to have in the morning. But that is not what I want to start my day off with.
  • As do I. My family cannot understand how I can have a cup of coffee at night and still fall asleep in the chair. Normal? Who cares.
  • ME, I DRINK COFFEE ALL DAY AND NIGHT AND HAVE NO TROUBLE SLEEPING, THATS BECAUSE I DRINK IT BECAUSE I LIKE THE WAY IT TASTE I DONT DRINK IT TO STAY UP, SO WHEN I DRINK COFFEE I FEEL ALL WARM AND SATISFIED ,AND HAVE NO TROUBLE SLEEPING
  • Yes, I can drink it to put me to sleep. Back in Belgium as a baby, my mom used to put a little bit of coffee in my milk bottle to help me go to sleep sop I've been this way for a long time or else because of that, I don't know. In the mornings if I drink coffee with caffeine, I can feel a little perkier but it's never made me feel nervous, awake or buzzed.
  • ive never noticed that happening
  • If you are a regular drinker of coffee, you may notice rhythms in getting a buzz and getting tired. Personally I can't drink coffee regularly because it accumulates in me then wakes me in the wee hours of the morning.
