Well, seeing as you can obviously reach your computer leyboard from where you've fallen, I would suggest you use it to send an instant message or text alert to a friend or relative so that they can come and help you up.

I would suggest crawling to the nearest phone & calling a nearby neighbor to see if they might be able to help you! I hope this helps!

See if there is anything useful you can do while you are down there, i.e., sweep under your bed, pickup cats hairballs, dust the underside of the kitchen table, etc.
