It could be, then again it could be something unrelated. I do not know the full extent of the operation nor the drugs used in the chemo nor the overall affect both had on her general health. Foot and leg pain could be from a pinched nerve in her back or could be from a blood clot. The first may have nothing to do with chemo, the later could be in relation to chemo or other medications during her therapy. There are a wide variety of other possible issues as well. I would strongly suggest seeing a doctor to rule out a blood clot, and also other issues. This late after the chemo I would say the chances of this being related to chemo is very low. However all things are possible. Start with the GP and work your way on.
