My Mom "banned" Elton John's "Bitch is Back" (or so she thought), from the house, when she 1st heard me playing it. But, I wasn't gonna waste my $3.99 I spent on the album, (which I still have)!

When I was growing up in the 80s, I liked Eurythmics "Sweet Dreams (Are Made of This)", but my parents thought Anni-Lennox was either a transvestite or a lesbian, so they kept discouraging me from listening to that song. They told me I should listen to someone who sounded like a woman, rather than a man!! :)
