  • I think it's about 6-8 weeks, which is why they don't let you give blood again until that time period has elapsed. Of course, it would depend on the person to some degree, we're all different.

Red cells need about 4 to 8 weeks for complete replacement." http://www.querycat.com/faq/9b83a606b9900b78f98332d4560ab4d1 i know that it doesn't take very long, like not even a day to replenish smaller amounts of blood, so this makes sense. i gave blood today, and i was feeling extremely dizzy, but now after like seven hours, i feel almost completely normal again.
