Take a look at http://www.merriam-webster.com/mw/table/number.htm If you add 1 to the number in your question, you get one decillion. But the terms go up from there, past vigintillion to centillion. However the American and British systems differ in the meanings of these names. Then there's googol (10^100), a name made up in 1920 by the 9-year-old nephew of American mathematician Edward Kasner. That leads naturally to 10^googol, which is called one googolplex. There's Skewe's Number (10^10^10^34), which came up in the proof of a certain theorem about prime numbers, said by mathematician GH Hardy to be "the largest number which has ever served any definite purpose in mathematics." This qualifies as a "name for the number," as required in your question, and beats a googolplex. Of course, using mathematical symbols rather than names you can represent an arbitrarily large (but finite) number.

Are you trying to say that it is possible to some how count that high. I am glad if I could count to one hundred thousand or, even ninety nine thousand nine hundred and ninety nine. Specially if they comes in $20 or $50, because it takes less time to count.

English number words past "quadrillion" are generally seen only in dictionaries or as curiosities. People who actually use these numbers in real life are likely to use express large numbers as 10 raised to a power, so to such a person, one quintillion would be "10 to the 18th".
